Reviews
- creamy_pumpkin_seedHonestly, this place was a great surprise. Tucked away in a little village, super easy to miss if you don't know it's there. The whole setup was really clean and organized, you can tell they actually care about what they're doing. The broth was spicy and packed with flavor but not heavy or greasy at all, which I was kinda worried about. Everything on the skewers was fresh and you can mix and match however you want, and prices start at just 1 yuan per skewer which is honestly amazing value. The duck blood was so silky and just soaked up all the flavor, plus they throw in some bean sprouts on the side to cut through the richness. They also have these smoky grilled skewers and spicy potatoes that were super tasty and tasted really authentic. And the sauce station has everything you need so you can make your own dipping sauce, which was a nice touch. The whole experience was just really comfortable, definitely gonna come back next time I'm in Beijing.
