Reviews
- zealous_orcaWe stopped here for lunch after shopping at Lize Tianjie — wanted something quick and hot, so we went with this Ajisen Ramen place. It's on the 5th floor, and the vibe is clean and bright, kind of a Japanese fast-food style. The staff were super efficient, hot tea came out right after we sat down. We got the signature pork bone broth ramen with soft pork cartilage and a eel rice bowl. The broth was honestly rich and creamy white, and the cartilage was so tender it was falling apart. Noodles are free refills which is great if you've got a big appetite. The eel rice had these huge chunks of eel on it, really tasty, and the miso soup on the side was good too. Everything came out fast, perfect for a quick bite after shopping or when you're in a rush. One tip though — if you wanna order sides like the fried pork cutlet, put them in with your main dish. Otherwise you end up waiting a while, and eating it by itself can get a bit greasy.
