Reviews
- dusk_pumpkin_seedThe roast pigeon here is a must-order, hands down. The skin was fried up golden and super crispy — you bite in and it goes "crack" — and the meat inside was tender and juicy, really fresh. Served with this special sauce on the side that smelled amazing. The pigeon itself wasn't dry or tough at all, you can tell they care about the quality and don't overcook it. They also brought out a little side of cold jelly noodles, kinda sweet and refreshing, which was perfect to cut through all the richness. The rest of the menu leans Shunde-style and honestly the flavors felt super authentic. Overall a really comfortable meal — would definitely come back.
