Dishes
Jingdong Meat PieJingdong meat pies are made primarily from pork and flour. The pork is minced into a filling, seasoned, wrapped in dough, and then pan-fried. The crust turns golden and crispy, while the filling remains tender and juicy.
Marinated Beef SaladA cold dish made by slicing beef that has been blanched or boiled, then mixed with scallions, ginger, garlic, cilantro, and seasonings like soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil. The key lies in tender beef and balanced seasoning for rich flavor.
Stir-Fried NoodlesStir-fried noodles are a dish made from noodle slices, vegetables, meat, and other ingredients. The preparation involves boiling the noodle slices, then stir-frying them together with vegetables, meat, and other配料 until fully flavored.
Baked flatbreadBaozi is a Chinese pastry made primarily from flour, water, and yeast. It is prepared by mixing the dough, allowing it to ferment, rolling it out, and then baking it. After baking, the baozi has a golden, crispy crust and a soft, flaky interior.
Large Beef Noodle SoupBeef noodle soup is primarily made with fresh beef and hand-pulled noodles. The beef is simmered until tender, while the noodles are chewy and elastic. The broth is typically prepared by simmering beef bones and spices, seasoned with scallions, ginger, star anise, and other aromatics, then garnished with chopped cilantro or green onions.
Spicy Beef Noodle SoupSpicy beef noodle soup features beef or brisket with carrots and onions, simmered in a red broth made from doubanjiang, chili, star anise, and cinnamon. Served with hand-pulled or machine-made noodles, garnished with green onions or cilantro.
Offal SoupOffal soup is a dish made primarily from sheep offal such as sheep stomach, liver, lungs, and intestines, carefully simmered to create a rich broth. The preparation involves placing the offal together with appropriate seasonings and water into a pot, then slowly stewing over low heat until the broth turns milky white and the offal is tender and flavorful.
Lamb SkewersLamb skewers are made by cutting fresh, tender lamb into chunks, threading them onto bamboo or metal skewers, and marinating before grilling directly over charcoal. During grilling, the lamb's fat drips onto the fire, creating smoke that熏 (smokes) the meat, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender interior with rich aroma.
Beijing-style Tripe Stir-fryOld Beijing tripe is a traditional Beijing snack, primarily made from fresh beef or lamb tripe. The tripe is finely sliced and quickly blanched in a rich broth until cooked, then mixed with vegetables such as cilantro and scallions, and drizzled with a special sauce made from sesame paste, garlic chives, and fermented tofu. Finally, it is thoroughly mixed and ready to eat.
Soybean Curd with SpicesMá Dòufu is made primarily from tofu and processed through a special method. It has a grayish-white color, a delicate texture, and a subtle bean aroma. During preparation, it is typically stir-fried with seasonings such as chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, allowing the tofu to fully absorb the spicy and numbing flavors.
Reviews
- Kendall_25Came by Wanping City and figured I'd check this old spot out, and honestly the beef noodles were really good — super rich broth, thick slices of beef, and the noodles had that perfect chewy bite. The meat pie was great too, super crispy on the outside and juicy inside with a ton of filling. Portions are HUGE, one bowl of noodles was honestly enough for two people. Service was solid too, food came out fast and they kept refilling our soup without us even asking. Place is clean and the decor has that old Beijing vibe going on, which is kinda cool.
