Dishes
Grilled SalmonGrilled salmon is a dish primarily featuring salmon as the main ingredient. After washing the salmon, it is marinated with seasonings such as salt and pepper, then slowly roasted at low temperature in an oven or on a grill until the fish is fully cooked, with a slightly charred surface and a tender, juicy interior.
Pear Double IPAA fusion drink made with pear and two types of IPA beer. Pear slices or juice mixed with IPA, cold-brewed or blended to preserve the pear's sweetness and IPA's maltiness and bitterness.
Youth WheatYoung wheat is a dish made primarily from fresh wheat grains, typically boiled or stir-fried, with minimal seasoning of scallions, ginger, and garlic to preserve its fresh aroma and crisp texture.
Reviews
- introspective_gojiHonestly the draft beer here was really good — super smooth with this sweet malt flavor that's just so drinkable. The classic No.3 was probably my favorite, really full-bodied. Their IPA series is legit too, nice balance between the fruity hops and the bitterness, not overpowering either way. The owner clearly knows his stuff about craft beer, we ended up chatting for a while about the brewing process and it was cool hearing how into it he is. The space itself is pretty quiet and chill, perfect for just taking your time and actually enjoying your glass instead of rushing. Tried a couple of their specialty beers — the Wushuang Double IPA and the imperial stout were both standouts, definitely left an impression. Would come back just for those.
