Reviews
- sky_yardlong_beanHonestly I've tried all kinds of sausages, chicken feet, and duck necks over the years, both spicy and non-spicy, and Harbin-style sausage is hands down my favorite. The flavor is seriously next level — smoky, garlicky, with that perfect snap when you bite into it. Every time I find a place that does it right I end up ordering way more than I planned. If you see it on a menu here in Beijing just grab it, you won't regret it!!
