  The broth at this malatang spot is super rich and kinda thick, with layers of spice that really come through. Toss in some chili oil and it gets even better, way more fragrant and addictive. The sunny-side-up egg was so silky and went perfectly with the sesame flatbread — total comfort food. The sesame sauce was spot on too, nice and salty but not overwhelming, and mixed with the wide glass noodles it was honestly amazing. Tons of stuff to choose from — they had cantonese-style sausage, crown daisy, quail eggs, all super fresh. The beef tendon noodles had this crazy bouncy, springy texture (kind of like a "boing" effect lol) that was really unique — I kept wanting one more bite. Definitely coming back.
