Reviews
- Hayden_13The smell of the oil-splashed noodles hit us the second they set the bowl down and I was starving before I even took a bite. The signature biangbiang noodles were the real star — super chewy, nice and thick, tossed in that spicy chili oil situation with so much flavor going on. The plain noodles were solid too, came with fresh crunchy bean sprouts and greens that gave it a nice bite. The roujiamo (which is basically their stuffed bread) had that slow-braised pork that's fatty and lean at the same time, just melts in your mouth, and the juices were insane. Service was fast, they got our food out quick, and they were really sweet with my friend's kid which I appreciated. Overall super authentic Shaanxi vibe, honest prices, and honestly everything we tried was so good. Would definitely come back.
