- graceful_cuminThis Yunnan-style pickled cabbage beef hotpot was so good! The broth was sour and spicy in the best way, and you could really taste the beef bones — super rich and fragrant. The beef slices were cut fresh and so tender, honestly melted in my mouth. The star for me was the Shiping tofu with that gooey center — the outside gets a little chewy but inside it's silky and juicy, crazy good soybean flavor. They had a sauce station with like 20+ different condiments and the staff actually came over and told us what to mix with what, which was a really nice touch. Also gotta mention the fennel potato cakes — crispy outside, sticky-soft inside, perfect with the sour broth to cut the richness. Everything tasted really fresh and authentic, great spot to come with friends and just hang out and eat way too much. Definitely coming back!
