Reviews
- wine_deerGot the Sichuan-style braised pork trotters and wow, these things were fall-off-the-bone tender, super rich and collagen-packed, with the spice working its way into every bit of the meat. Sticky lips in the best way possible, honestly couldn't stop eating. Also tried the boiled fish and it was a winner — the fish was really tender and the veggies underneath had soaked up all that spicy oil flavor. Just the right level of heat. Place itself is pretty spacious, they have private rooms too so it's great for hanging out with friends. Staff was friendly and actually pointed out what makes some of the dishes special, which was a nice touch. The blanched luffa tips on the side were super refreshing and balanced everything out. Whole meal just felt really well put together. Would definitely come back.
