They make it with butter-aged chicken, shark fin bones, Jinhua ham, and a bunch of other stuff simmered together, so it comes out this deep golden color and tastes super rich and savory. Honestly felt like drinking straight collagen lol. The fish maw had that perfect QQ bouncy chewy thing going on, and the chicken skin was crispy while the meat stayed really tender — just dip it in for about three minutes and it's perfect. The vibe inside was modern Chinese style with dark green and cream gold tones that looked really classy, and the booth setup is great for hanging out with friends. The staff actually helps you cook everything too which was such a nice touch, didn't have to worry about timing anything myself. Everything tasted super fresh and there were so many layers of flavor. Definitely a place to slow down and actually enjoy your meal — I'll be back for sure.
