We got the tuna and foie gras sushi with red wine — the foie gras was like sprinkled on like snow, super silky and cold when you bite in, with this subtle wine flavor. Honestly had so many layers to it. The salmon carpaccio was a standout too, super thin slices of salmon with a tangy sauce, really fresh and light. And the sea urchin hot dog thing was loaded — sweet, briny uni with tuna paste and crispy seaweed, super satisfying. The chef actually came out and walked us through each dish while we were eating, and you could watch him prepping stuff too, which gave it a really nice vibe. Everything tasted super fresh, and for the price I thought it was totally worth it. Definitely coming back.
