- gallant_fireflyThis hotpot spot is tucked away on the third floor of Beichen Mall and has such a chill vibe — quiet but still got that classic Beijing feel, perfect for hanging out with friends. The lamb is sliced fresh to order, nice and even thickness, and like 10 seconds in the pot and it's ready. So tender and juicy, and honestly the sesame paste dipping sauce takes it to another level. The sugar fried cake thing (not sure what it's called in English) was crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside, still warm, and dipped in that sesame paste? Addictive. They also had some stuff being fried up fresh right there and the smell was amazing — had a couple rounds and didn't get tired of it. Everything tasted really fresh, service was on point, and the whole atmosphere was super comfortable. Definitely coming back.
