- HollisCame back here for BBQ again and honestly nothing's really changed, which is a good thing. Place is clean, grill plate gets swapped out pretty often which I appreciate. The thick-cut pork belly (厚切黑五花肉) is super generous, gets all crispy and juicy on the grill, wrap it up with some garlic slices and fresh lettuce and wow, so good. Service was solid too, staff were friendly, food came out fast, and they even helped us grill stuff which was clutch. The original flavor fatty beef (原味肥牛) was really tender, went great with their house sauce. Overall just a really comfortable meal, definitely coming back next time.
