  Stopped by a Sichuan snack place for lunch — super clean inside, not too many people, no wait. I got the dan dan noodles (the not-spicy one), and honestly they were perfect, just a little numbing and the broth was so flavorful, noodles had that nice chewy bite. Also tried the spicy hot pot soup with all the fresh ingredients, the broth was really fragrant and spicy, just felt good eating it. The place is pretty big with tons of seats, food came out at a decent speed, and I was in and out without messing up my afternoon plans.
