  Really felt that down-home northwestern vibe here. The hand-pulled oat noodles wrapped in a wild mushroom and chicken soup were so chewy and had this sweet aftertaste I wasn't expecting. The grilled lamb chops were crispy on the outside and just exploded with juice when you bit in, super fragrant. And the yellow rice cake with osmanthus honey on the side was soft and sticky without being too heavy. You can actually see them cooking everything right in front of you, so you know the ingredients are fresh. All the grass-fed beef and lamb with the rustic grains made every bite feel really filling and honest. Brought the family along and it worked great, the kids were happy too. Hot food plus super attentive service, honestly that's what makes it feel like home. Staff was really nice, place was clean, and the price was way better than I thought it'd be. Definitely coming back.
