- odd_dateWent to this halal BBQ spot with a friend recently and honestly the vibe is super cozy. Warm yellow lighting, tatami-style private rooms, really gives off that Japanese izakaya feel. The sirloin steak is a must-try — charred on the outside, super tender inside, basically melts in your mouth. You can really taste the beef and there's this subtle buttery thing going on, totally blew me away. The staff was great too, helped us grill everything and even suggested different sauces which was really thoughtful. The short ribs and thick-cut beef tongue were well-marinated too, you can actually taste how fresh the beef is. Overall just a super satisfying meal, perfect for hanging out with friends. Will definitely be back!
