Pork Ribs with Green Beans and Cornbread DumplingsPork rib and string bean sticky rice rolls is a Chinese home-style dish using pork ribs, green beans, and cornmeal. Once the sauce has thickened, it's ready to serve.
Fried Sichuan Pepper ShootsFried Sichuan pepper buds is a unique dish, primarily made from fresh and tender Sichuan pepper buds. Reviews
- Jamie_4Came here with a friend for some farm-style food (农家乐) and honestly had such a great time! The grilled rainbow trout was caught and cooked right on the spot — skin super crispy, the fish meat was so tender and juicy, zero fishy taste at all, the more you eat the more you wanna keep going. The fried Sichuan pepper leaf buds (炸花椒芽) were crazy crispy with this amazing numbing aroma, really helped cut through the grease too. Portions are huge too, just a few dishes and we were totally stuffed. The vibe is really nice — there's a little courtyard with trees and flowers, super chill atmosphere, and parking was easy. Staff were super friendly, food came out fast, overall just a really relaxing and fun experience. Would def come back!
