  Oh man, the Leshan-style beef hotpot here is SO worth trying. The broth is bone soup that's been simmering for over 4 hours and you can totally taste it — super rich and savory. The beef is so tender it basically melts in your mouth. And the chili sauce with cilantro they give you on the side? Adds the perfect kick. We also got the Leshan-style spicy potatoes (those crinkly cut ones) and Sichuan iced jelly. The potatoes were crispy outside, fluffy inside, and the jelly was so refreshing after all that spice. Location is great too — 4th floor of a mall, super easy to get to. Place was packed when we went but the food came out really fast. Everything was clean and the staff were super attentive. Honestly a really solid experience, I'd come back for sure.
