I don't really get what that means but it's supposedly super high in protein so I felt kinda healthy eating them lol. Bit into one and it was sooo crispy and crackly, packed with flavor, and mixed together with the meat filling it smelled amazing. It was freezing outside when I went and honestly a hot bowl of these was exactly what I needed, super comforting. Definitely coming back for these.
