  Okay this grilled cold noodle dish totally changed my mind about cold noodles. Seriously, never had anything like it. They grill it fresh on a hot iron plate right in front of you, and the noodle sheet gets wrapped in this golden egg coating — the edges get a little crispy and charred but the inside stays super soft and bouncy. Then they brush on this secret sauce and pour over this insanely flavorful gravy, let it all sizzle down so every single piece soaks up all that flavor. Honestly the juiciness when you bite in is unreal. Absolutely recommend.
