The broth was super tangy and spicy with layers of flavor, lots of herbs going on, just the kind of thing that wakes you up. The pork neck was nicely charred on the outside and stayed juicy and tender inside, and that sweet chili sauce on the side took it to another level. The green papaya salad was bright, sour with a little kick, really refreshing. Stir-fried water spinach with shrimp paste was a bit on the oily side but the shrimp paste flavor was so good, honestly stood out. Place was clean and tidy, service was attentive too. Solid experience overall, would come back.
