Reviews
- cosmic_tenrecThe flavors here are super authentic. The lima bean hotpot base mixed with rice is honestly a must-try, and definitely order a side of the Huaxi rice noodles to cook in it. Highly recommend the Anshun soft cured pork and the durian ice smoothie — one is rich but not greasy, the other is cold and refreshing, perfect for cutting the spice. The self-serve veggies had really fresh wood ear leaves and pea shoots. Fair warning though, the beef tendon is pretty tough so you can probably skip it, and if you don't handle spicy food well the red broth might be way too much for you, go for the clear lima bean broth instead. Portions are generous too, two people can easily share one ice smoothie. Parking was pretty easy and the staff was super friendly. Great spot if you wanna try real Guizhou flavors.
