I tried the braised pork intestines (nine-turn big intestine) and wow, super tender and not greasy at all, with this sweet and savory thing going on, way more complex than I expected for an organ dish. The clear broth with shredded fish was also great, super fresh, the fish丝 just melted in your mouth. Place itself has a nice traditional vibe, and we got a private room which was roomy and quiet, perfect for catching up with friends. Staff was friendly and on top of things, food came out at a good pace and they actually recommended the specials which was helpful. Parking was easy too, and there's some old buildings nearby worth a quick walk after. Definitely would come back.
