The salmon sashimi was super fresh and cut thick, melted in your mouth and you could really taste the fattiness. Got the grilled beef tongue too and that combo was next level. The sukiyaki hotpot was cooked just right, broth was sweet and savory, and they loaded it up with ingredients. Staff were super friendly, food came out fast, and they actually explained how to eat everything which was a nice touch. Oh and the shrimp mango roll? That sweet and salty combo was so good, shrimp was bouncy and the mango was perfectly sweet. Tons of flavor going on, definitely coming back.
