The skewer menu is huge but honestly the fatty ones are where it's at — especially the grilled pork belly, super crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside. Tried the signature hot and sour cabbage this time and it nailed the balance, tangy and spicy without blowing your head off. Service is consistently on point too, the staff keeps refilling the side dishes without you having to flag them down, which is such a relief. The place feels cleaner and more spacious than before, way more comfortable now. And can we talk about the vibe? There's just this awesome street-food energy going on, smoky and lively. Every time I leave I'm totally stuffed and satisfied. Def coming back again.
