Reviews
- batty_raisinOkay so this Sichuan spot was honestly such a good find!! The twice-cooked pork with that heritage sauce was the real star — nice fatty cut, super crispy on the outside, super tender inside, and the sauce was so rich I literally drank every last drop. The sweet and sour pork was also really solid, tangy and appetizing, and you can actually adjust the spice level which is great. Everything tasted super fresh, cooked to order right in front of you. Oh and they have self-serve rice and drinks which is clutch, plus the service was really attentive. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing.
