Dipping it in the sesame sauce was seriously good. The traditional mushroom broth was rich and tasted really pure, you can actually taste how fresh the beef is when you cook it in there. Staff kept refilling water and bringing out dishes super fast, and they were all really friendly. The place itself was clean and tidy, and the whole copper pot hotpot vibe felt super authentic. The sesame buns were crispy on the outside, and stuffing them with the beef was honestly so good. Whole experience was really comfortable — I'd come back for sure.
