Reviews
- vintage_lupiniOK so I tried the "Three Musketeers" sushi platter and honestly it was such a fun surprise! The seared goose liver sushi was killer — the outside was super crispy and the foie gras inside was so creamy and silky, and that sweet sauce on top just tied everything together. The century egg and salmon one was wild, the century egg was like a soft jammy center and the salmon was nice and fatty, salty and fresh with this little sweet aftertaste. Definitely didn't expect to like it as much as I did. And the brain sushi?? Sounds crazy but it was so good — Sichuan-spiced, savory, kinda herbal, sitting on the vinegared rice with that chili kick and you could actually taste the rice too. Heads up though, everything is pretty bold and heavy on flavor, so if you're into lighter stuff this probably isn't your vibe. But if you like strong, punchy flavors like I do, you're gonna love this place.
