- Onyx_24Got the secret miso beef short ribs and wow, they were so good. The meat had that perfect mix of fatty and lean, crispy on the outside, super tender and juicy inside, and the dipping sauce took it to another level. The seaweed rice was a standout too — crispy seaweed mixed in with the rice, and tossing it together with the grilled meat cut through the richness really well. Service was great, the staff grilled the meat for us and nailed the timing every time. Everything tasted super fresh, lots of different textures going on, and honestly I left feeling really satisfied.
