Reviews
- onyx_violetHonestly was super impressed with how fresh the beef was here. That tender cut literally melted in my mouth — so juicy and naturally sweet, you can really taste the beef itself. The hotpot broth was rich and packed with flavor, and the chuck flap (whatever they called it, the slightly bouncy one) was perfect — tender but with a little chew, especially dipped in the satay sauce. They get fresh beef delivered twice a day and slice it right at your table, which is kinda cool to watch. The staff were really nice too, they actually helped us cook the meat so we didn't mess anything up. Self-serve sauce bar had fresh fruit and a sweet white fungus soup, which was such a nice touch. Whole experience was super chill and easy. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing.
