Reviews
- plum_poppy_seedThe wagyu is an absolute must-order!! They slice it super thin and the marbling looks like a piece of art — you just dip it in the sweet sukiyaki broth for a few seconds until the edges curl up a little, then pull it out. Wrap it in that silky raw egg and the first thing you get is this smooth, cool creaminess from the egg, then the wagyu just melts in your mouth with this rich buttery flavor. Not greasy at all, and there's this subtle sweetness from the sukiyaki sauce too. Honestly every bite had me closing my eyes and just sighing — the texture is unreal. My friend and I were both just like wow. If you go, definitely get the wagyu.
