Toss it in the pot for just a few seconds and it gets super tender and tasty, zero gamey smell at all. Dipping it in the sesame sauce is so good, the combo is perfect. The staff here are really friendly too, they kept adding broth and water without me having to ask, and actually gave me tips on how to cook the meat so it'd be more flavorful. The fresh-cut lamb leg is a nice mix of lean and fatty, the texture is firm and a little chewy, which I loved. I'm someone who actually likes a bit of bite to my meat so this was right up my alley. The broth is super simple, just a clear soup, but that's what lets the lamb flavor really shine through, and it's delicious to sip on too. The place is clean and the vibe is really chill, not a ton of seats but it didn't feel cramped at all. Definitely coming back.
