We got the fish maw and chicken hotpot, and honestly the broth was so rich and thick. The fish maw pieces were huge and had that perfect chewy-bouncy texture, and the chicken was super tender and soaked up all the flavor. I was a happy camper. Also tried the pineapple bun — crispy outside, sweet and soft inside, love the contrast. The red rice noodle roll was crispy on the outside, tender inside, and paired great with the fried dough sticks, not greasy at all. Everything tasted fresh, the flavors were legit, and the service was really attentive too. Would totally come back!
