Reviews
- Chase_4Saw this Hunan place pop up on my feed last night and the sales numbers plus how many people saved it convinced me to try it. Ordered the chopped chili fish head (剁椒鱼头) set meal to give my dad a little "spicy surprise." The fish head was super fresh and spicy, the meat was so tender it practically melted, and it was amazing with rice! The stir-fried beef with yellow peppers (小炒黄牛肉) had that addictive kick, beef was silky and not chewy at all, and honestly the price was way too good for what you get. The scallion oil cake (葱油粑粑) was crispy on the outside and chewy inside, one bite and the flavor just fills your mouth. Staff was really warm and welcoming, and as a new customer they even gave us sour plum soup (酸梅汤) on the house. The four-person meal was 288 yuan, we left absolutely stuffed, perfect spot for friends to gather, cozy vibe, and totally worth the money.
