  Stopped by this place on a weekday to grab a coconut velvet latte and honestly it was solid. Came out super quick, didn't have to wait at all. The coconut and coffee combo was really smooth, kinda creamy and just easy to drink. It's on the ground floor of an office building, super close to my company so I just swing by on my way in. The shop itself is pretty quiet and clean but it's really small, like no seats at all, takeout only. For the price though, totally worth it, especially when I'm in a rush and just need my coffee fix.
