Mint HerbMint salad is made primarily with fresh mint leaves, washed and mixed directly into seasonings or combined with small amounts of other ingredients like cucumber or carrot to create a refreshing cold dish. Preparation is simple and typically raw, preserving mint's aroma and crisp texture.
AdonisAdonis is a chicken dish typically made with chicken breast or thigh, marinated and stir-fried with onions, green peppers, and tomatoes. Seasoned with soy sauce, cooking wine, and starch, then thickened to finish.
Reviews
- dreamy_soybeanCame here with a friend and honestly the vibe was super chill, soft lighting, perfect for just hanging out and chatting. The bartender really knows what they're doing — I ordered a cocktail called "Corridor of Dreams" and wow, the fruit and the alcohol just blended perfectly, really nice layers of flavor. Also tried an iced bourbon dirty and it was so creamy and smooth. The decor is really cool too, especially this Dunhuang-style painted wall — super photogenic, we were snapping pics left and right. We grabbed a booth, slowly worked through our drinks, and it just felt really relaxing. Definitely gonna be back.
