  Honestly one of my favorite spots in the city and I totally recommend it. The food is really good — and you don't have to order the expensive stuff either. The rice noodles and the flower cakes here are amazing. Especially in winter, a hot steaming bowl of rice noodles just hits different, like instant happiness. The vibe is great too, since it's inside a five-star hotel, so the atmosphere and service are honestly no complaints. And it's never crowded! I think most people either don't know about it or assume it's super pricey, so every time I've come I've never seen it full and never had to wait for a table. Oh, and if you're an InterContinental member you get discounts and points too. Definitely coming back.
