Hai'an Ocean World is located on the banks of the Huai River, characterized by immersive marine experiences, seamlessly blending technology and nature. The polar animal exhibition area features polar bears and penguins leisurely strolling, while ice landscapes and aurora lights create a northern landscape. The 100-meter-long underwater tunnel allows visitors to see fish groups flowing like moving stars, with turtles and jellyfish performing fairy tales in the light and shadow. Each day, the dolphin theater presents high-difficulty performances, and the moment baby dolphins jump out of the water, the children's cheers resonate with the waves. The core area "Whale Shark Mystery" features a 4D theater presenting deep-sea ecosystems, where visitors can overlook giant whale sharks swimming; the "Coral Planet" area simulates tropical seas, with fluorescent jellyfish and neon fish groups creating a dreamy and magical world. The center has a touch pool and an interactive science education area, where children can hand-feed starfish and feel the rhythm of marine life. Hai'an has a long history of water veins, which has given birth to the legend of "Mother of the Child Feeding Han Xin." Premier Zhou Enlai inspected water conservancy here. The inspiration for the marine museum's architecture comes from the "Huai River Diversion" recorded in "Yu Gong," with a wave-curve dome echoing the culture of the ancient Grand Canal. The center has a special "Hai'an Memory" exhibition area, which uses holographic projection to recreate the poetry of "Jiang Hai Zhi Da" in "Qi Fa," allowing modern technology to carry the millennium water town culture.
